From the owner

This is a beautiful and spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, with beautiful ocean views.

The house is 2 story with a balcony on the upstairs Master bedroom, as well as a patio at the living room. The house is 20 meters from the community pool (kids can be watched from the patio). All linens are provided. Mid-week cleaning is included (or once-a-week on longer stays). Additional housekeeping if desired for an extra fee. Our small private beach is about 100 meters away. There is an Italian/Thai restaurant 300 meters up the shore, and a few restaurants within 3 kilometers. Some will deliver food and one will pick you up for meals (when they aren't too busy). We have a part-time car-and-driver and have cars and scooters for rent.

We are located on the East Coast of Koh Chang, and White Sands Beach is 12 kilometers away.

There is air conditioning in all bedrooms and living spaces.

This is a small private community of 18 homes, in a quiet residential area. There is a lot of room for kids to roam around without worrying about traffic, as we are at the end of a private road.

It's a very relaxing place to spend a holiday with family and friends.

We have many return customers, as it a special spot and beautiful home.

Wer die pure Erholung/Ruhe sucht, ist hier genau richtig. Eine Bungalowanlage *****, Buchung, Service, Aufenthalt, es gab keine Beanstandungen. Für Familien ideal.

Why can't I call Phatcharaporn (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Phatcharaporn (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Phatcharaporn (the owner) a message.

If Phatcharaporn (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
