This beautiful and cozy pool villa is located within a small and safe beachfront development project (almost opposite Koh Samed, a very beautiful island). The beach is safe-to-swim and very very beautiful. There are only 7 villas like this one, and each one share the private pool that is accessible only by these 7 pool villas' owners (or renters.)

Located in a small development project with all the comfort, great security, and services, this pool villa is going to be a great place to stay especially for families or couples. The story of this pool villa actually started when my parents found a beachfront villa there, and we bought the place almost on the first day that we saw it since it was so beautiful, and in a perfect location! We often go there, and enjoy very much the great weather and the atmosphere there, as well as the ease of finding good and low-priced food around the house. We love it so much that we decided to also buy this villa (as well as 2 units of condominium within the same project.)

I gotta tell you the scenery is breathtaking, and the weather is always amazing there. The shared pool for the 7 pool villas is just a 2 steps from the living room, and it has the jacuzzi just right there! If you decide to take a swim, then the pool is also big enough. It is ideal for everyone to enjoy the activities together here, kids to adults.

The project also has a bigger pool which just right in front of the beach.

The bedrooms are very comfortable as well as the bathrooms. It is going to be your perfect holiday get-away!

I, as the owner, is willing to help the guests make arrangements about all kinds of things as I run my own company and have flexible schedule. So, anything, just ask!

** This development project itself is very small, with only 35 villas and then the condo which would be the furthest from the beach. So it doesn't get busy even at high season. And the guests are all very friendly and well-mannered as the location (Klaeng and Phe area in Rayong) is known for being peaceful and quiet, as it doesn't have any night lift or crazy beach stuff. The Scandinavian families are perhaps the most seen tourists around this area.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
