CGH Earth Beach Gate Bungalows consist of three well appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room with TV and a separate dining space. The bungalow boasts of large windows that bring in abundance of light and fresh air. The rooms are also equipped with air conditioning. Two of the bedrooms open up to private terraces and it also has a common large terrace, ideal for dining or perhaps a game of cards. The bungalow has a good wifi network as well. The bungalow comes with a private swimming pool, and a large garden with rain trees, fruit trees and tropical plants. This private villa concept of CGH Earth has the best to offer, a location that is just a walking distance from all the popular sites in Fort kochi and a quiet green space with a variety of birds chirping around.

The bungalow come with a full-functional modern kitchen if you prefer to cook your own food. If you require a cook, we can provide you with one at an additional cost. Breakfast is included in the rate, with a fixed menu of continental and South Indian options. The refrigerator will be stocked with eggs, milk, bread, butter and cereals. If you’re in the mood for ordering in, guests have access to the kitchens of the East Indies restaurant in CGH Earth's Eighth Bastion hotel down the road. Lunch and dinner can be pre-ordered from our villa menu.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Roshini (the owner) a message.

If Roshini (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
