From the owner

'Moon Bay House' is a 4 double bedroom (all with en-suite bathrooms) villa in the Half Moon Beach area of the resort. Half Moon beach is less than 100m away and close by you will find the Beach Clubhouse Restaurant and bar and a large communal swimming pool where you'll also find the Beach Bar and you can have a relaxing massage. The larger bay and beach (Chang Noi beach) is adjacent to these facilities. The Villa has free WiFi, air conditioning in all rooms and maid service (including towel change) 3 times per week. Tea and coffee making facilities in all rooms and a hair drier in each bedroom and a child's cot and high chair are available if required.

Ground Floor:-

* Living room, complimented by a large decking area (with motorised canopy) for outdoor living/entertainment, there is also a nice grassed garden area in front of the villa.

* Kitchen - Fitted kitchen inclusive of fridge/freezer, ceramic hob and extraction hood, microwave/conventional cooker, full crockery and cutlery sets, kettle, toaster, coffee machine.

* Master Bedroom - This is off the living room with en-suite bathroom (+ washing machine), king-size bed, LED satellite TV, sound system, DVD and safety box included.

* Rear Bedroom - This is a separate bedroom at the rear of the ground floor. Queen-size bed, en-suite facilities and LED satellite TV.

Upper Floor:-

* Upper Front Bedroom - Queen-size bed, views toward Half Moon Beach, LED satellite TV and DVD and en-suite facilities.

* Upper Rear Bedroom - Queen-sized be, LED satellite TV and en-suite facilities.

* Roof Terrace - Good place to watch the sun set.

General Information -

No pets and no smoking inside the house anywhere at any time please.

There is an “In house” Resort called “Little Sunshine”. You are most welcome to use their restaurant facilities as well.

There is a bakery delivery service to the Resort, for your fresh bread and pastries. The island itself has a great deal to offer visitors, everything from beautiful Thai temples and sunsets over the beach, to trekking in the forest covered mountains. In addition, the very popular entertainment area of “White Sands” is just 10 mins taxi ride away. There you will find all that the Island has to offer as it caters to almost everyone's tastes.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Charis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
