Luxurious privately owned Thai style villa with a 13 meter long infinity pool overlooking the tree tops to the stunning Kantiang Bay, (voted one of the 10 best beaches in the world by The Sunday Times),The location is breathtaking and it is conveniently located only a Five minute walk to the most beautiful sandy beach, Kantiang Bay. Diving, snorkelling and boat trips leave every day to Phi Phi Islands, Koh Haa, Rok Nok, the Emerald cave and more.
Just a 5 minute walk to the Kantiang village where there are many very good restaurants, dive centres, local shops, a 24-hour store, ATMs, tour agents, vehicle and bike rentals, massage spas and bars, an international doctors clinic and a fruit and veg shop at the end of our drive. Come and experience where the jungle meets the sea and tropical beauty abounds.

Enjoy exclusively this private villa and its pool with spectacular views and sunsets over the Andaman Sea. It has a large patio area with comfortable sunbeds and seating and a high up magical Sala with hammocks. A great place for relaxing, reading and watching the sea eagles, humming birds, butterflies and swallows flying overhead. Listen to the waves and the sounds of the jungle.
The massive open plan living area is designed with high ceilings and large fans, Thai Style, allowing for plenty of space and comfort and it is decorated with art from the locals. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge/freezer, microwave, oven/grill and three hobs, toaster, kettle, coffee machine and a dishwasher and washing machine.
The worktops are granite.
There is Fast speed Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, games & board games.
The wooden dining table seats 8 and the outside wooden table seats 10. This is a family house and is totally private and not overlooked. There is an own private drive and parking and covered garage and exclusive use of the 13m long infinity pool.
3 bedrooms have sea views with balconies and super large king sized beds. Bedroom 4 has garden view.
All bedrooms have their own ensuite bathroom.
All rooms have new airco installed 11-2024.
We provide fresh new bathroom towels, pool towels and beach towels. There is cleaning service for the house, once a week (more at request), and 3 times a week we have a cleaning service for the pool.
The garden has a large flame tree, cashew trees, exotic plants of bougainvillea, frangipani, and palms.
There are many activities to enjoy in the local area – diving and snorkelling, kayaking, yoga, fishing, paddle boarding, trips to PHi Phi Islands, Koh Haa, Rok Nok, the 4 Islands, Emerald Cave, Tala, Tiger Cave, beng Caves and more. House rules
Never dive into the pool from the edge or from the top of the sala and never walk or climb around the walls of the pool.
Never feed or encourage the monkeys.
Please turn of airco when you leave and do not trow paper towel in the toilet.
We have our own water suply.
