From the owner

Villa Ana is surrounded by jungle and offers amazing views of the sun setting on Koh Nang Yuan and the Gulf of Thailand. This view can be enjoyed from the spacious living room, open-plan kitchen as well as from the large terrace and private swimming pool. The location of the villa ensures complete privacy and the opportunity to fully relax and destress.

Terrace doors across the whole living room and kitchen can be opened to integrate the inside with the outside living space. All rooms have air conditioning as well as a fan, the kitchen is fully equipped and complementary coffee, tea, water and fruit are offered on arrival. A daily cleaning service allows you to fully enjoy your holiday and spend time sunbathing on the nice beaches, Sairee Beach can be reached within a 10 min drive, snorkeling, diving, shopping, eating or partying.

We offer free transfer to and from the pier upon arrival and departure and, if appreciated, provide recommendations on activities and restaurants on the island when you arrive. We furthermore support you with bookings and recommendations throughout your stay if requested.

Children and pets are welcome, but please be aware of the fact that we have not taken any specific safety precautions and no special furniture, for example a baby bed or chair, is available at the villa.

Furthermore please note that the villa is locate uphill. Most of our guests don't consider the beach and shops within walking distance. It's therefore recommended to either rent a motor bike or hire a taxi to explore the island.

Thank you very much for your review. That’s highly appreciated and we are glad you enjoyed your stay so much! The team is always working really hard to ensure our guests have a great stay at the villa. The jungle and sea climate are brutal and sometimes our guests are. This means we continuously need to stay on top of the maintenance and repairs. Unfortunately this cannot always be planned ahead. We have however been able to perform the required paint jobs and replacements after your visit.

Why can't I call Charmian (the owner) before booking?

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Charmian (the owner) a message.

If Charmian (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
