Our tropical villa is a dream come true. It sits perfectly on a steep hillside about 35 meters above sea level with a stunning panoramic sea view on the small secluded island of Koh Tao. You instantly want to relax on the generous wooden deck and enjoy the sunset. Or have a swim in the infinity pool. Or do nothing in particular but enjoy life. Either way, this is simply a beautiful place.

This exclusive villa is built in thai style with white or grey concrete walls, concrete floors, thatched roofs and large glass openings towards the sea.

Here you can stay 2 - 6 persons. The villa is perfect for families with older children from 7 years. Also for teenagers that sometimes like to stay away on their own (lower room) or for three couples. The villa can be rented from 2 to 6 persons. All bedrooms have their private entrance and direct access to the deck.

The villa is facing southwest and comes with three bedrooms on two levels, all with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the rooms are situated on the upper deck floor and one on the lower floor, all with their own entrance but with direct access to the deck. 2 rooms come with comfortable king size beds. 1 room come with comfortable queen size bed. There is a well equipped kitchen with tableware for 6 persons. In the outside wood deck area you will find a large dining table under roof as well as 4 sun beds by the 8 x 2,5 m infinity pool. Here you can relax day and evening .

The villa is personally decorated with carefully selected items from all around the globe.

Our maid Su will make your beds and clean the house everyday. Except for this it´s a self-catering household.

There are two common bathing piers by the sea in the area. It's a direct stairway from the lower deck to the sea. This is also one of the best places on the island with a chance to see both black tip reef sharks (harmless) and turtles.

Other things to note:

This is a tropical accommodation. It means great weather with plenty of heat and also heavy rain and wind at times. If you can eat snacks and sweets in your bed or on the couch at home, you can not do this here. You may wonder why? Well, there are insects that will invade your bed after a few hours. They will find those little crumbs that you can not see with the naked eye. Be sure, we've tried. ; ) And it has not been a success.

Never leave the doors open so that they can break when it's windy. There are blocks that you can use when you set up the doors. Always close the doors when it's raining.

Please use the AC, but only at night, and when you do, close all doors and windows. Please note that you pay for your own electricity consumption in cash when you check out. Electricity is 27 TBH per 1 kWh (same as we pay) and the meter is downstairs. Our maid will show you upon arrival.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Maria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
