From the owner

Adrieli Country Houses consist of two separate houses joined together by an internal private yard. The houses are located in the center of Koiliomenos village and are the perfect choice if you are looking for a fully equipped traditional house in a peaceful location. There are two houses to choose from but can also be booked as one for a big family or group of friends.

Two Story Stone House: As you enter the stone house you will find a spacious living area with a double sofa bed and a comfortable sofa. The ground floor has also a bathroom with shower. Going up the stairs towards the second floor you will find the fully equipped kitchen, another living room with antique furniture as well as a fully functioning fireplace. The master bedroom with one double bed is located here and next to it there is a second bathroom with shower. This house can accommodate up to 4 persons.

In the middle of the two houses there is a private yard with a big table and chairs and a couple of smaller tables, that during the summer months becomes a perfect place to relax and enjoy the serenity of the area.

The Climate Resilience Tax of 1.50 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Adrieli (the owner) a message.

    If Adrieli (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
