Description: A 4 bedroom, 1 ½ bathroom Country house in Kolasin with a complete kitchen attached to the living room and a pleasant front porch.

Please contact us before any reservations, also contact us for the most effective deal on a monthly lease. Rates could be different during peak season compared to the base price shown in the listing, as well as minimum stay policy.

The house is equipped with an internet, flat connection (optionally - for longer periods) with LAN/ Wi-Fi router, a computer desk and a chair for longer stays on laptop. Usually we use prepaid WiFi 3G router for short term rentals.

It is a very quite area for relaxation with lots of fresh air and an excellent location for hiking, rock climbing and mountain bike riding.

It is a 20 minute walk from downtown Kolasin, has a couple of nearby food shops, has very easy access to the train station (15 minute walk) and is on the road to Bjelasica Mountain, which is a popular summer time hiking area, and which it is also connected with a Biogradska Gora by mountain road. Parking area is near by the house which is surrounded by 3.000sqm courtyard with about 25 plum treas.

    We spent a great week in this house. We hiked, went to ethnic restaurants, road bikes, took the jeep into the mountains and really enjoyed the Montenegro Beer!

    If Dusan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
