It's a home away from home! A fully furnished 1264 sq. feet three bedroom apartment at 15th floor in a prestigious condominium with a children park and jogging track. The apartment comes with 3 bedrooms which can accommodate 6 adults and 2 children. A modular kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, gas oven, induction cooker, electric kettle, cooking and dining utensils, washing machine and 24 hours safe RO drinking water. 2 bedrooms are provided with A/C. All bedrooms have double beds with in-built wardrobe. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the garden with an attached bathroom and a geyser. The living room has 2 large sofas, a 6 seater modern dining table, 32 inch TV with Home Theater system and providing an excellent view of the city. The apartment is south facing with pleasant breeze all year round. A car space is provided which is complimentary at daytime. There is an in-house restaurant inside with facility of home delivery. The Metropolis Mall with BigBazaar, Inox Multiplex, Food Court and KFC is only 2 minutes walk. 24 hours Taxi Stand with easy access to excellent public transport system. The renowned hospitals like Peerless, RN Tagore Heart Institute, Medica Superspeciality, AMRI and Ruby are nearby. The place is fully guarded, absolutely safe and secured with 24 hours CCTV monitoring. Pets are not allowed.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Bikramjit (the owner) a message.

If Bikramjit (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
