Villa Jacinda is an exceptionally spacious villa with amazing sea views and just 10 minutes walk to the beach in the privileged area of Kommeno. The villa was built by Lady Alexandra Metcalfe, daughter of Lord Curzon, Viceroy of India and was her favourite summer house. It was completely renovated during winter 2014/15 resulting in a luxurious property that comfortably sleeps 12 people. The 6 double bedrooms all have en-suite facilities, the kitchen is modern and fully equipped with fitted appliances and the open plan living and dining room has beautiful views with glass sliding doors opening out to a large terrace and outdoor entertaining areas, here you will find the added benefits of a Spa area with steam room, gym, Jacuzzi and a fabulous Infinity pool. Villa Jacinda nestles in an enclosed 3700 m² green haven, creating a unique and tranquil environment with panoramic sea views whilst being just 12 km north of historical Corfu Town, it's a perfect choice for large families or groups and is guaranteed to satisfy all your holiday requirements.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
