###BED & BREAKFAST SERVICE ###

The surface of appartment is 30m2 for 2 persons. The air condition gives you comfort in the hot days. You can use the internet, washing machine, a refrigerator with freezer, electric glass ceramic plate and oven to make different dishes and also pizza, meat, bread, chicken,... etc. IT IS NOT ALLOWED SMOKING INDOOR - THERE IS A SMOKING AREA OUTDOORS ON TERRACE.

On your request you can have a barbeque, machine for hot water and a coffee machine.

You will receive clean and fresh bed covers and towels. You can have relax in the bath with special salt treatment in the glow of candles. You can enjoy on sunny day a relax on the deckchair on the spacious yard.

You can enjoy your vacation on the sea, a trip on the boat (different packages and offer with swimming, visiting marina natural reserve, culinaric experience with sea food), a panoramic trip with an airplane, riding a horse, a bike, a motor bike, in the appartement with barbeque, in the nature, with the specialist doctor in the hiperbaric tank, or under best arms of our professional masseuse, you can hanging out arround the town, you can visit our country of Slovenija in one day, from the sea to the mountain, you can visit Trieste, Venice, Istra and Dalmacija in the range of 150 km.

We are organising transfers from and to public transport and airports, trips on the sea by boat, in the nature, culinaric trips by meeting new wines and olive oil, massages, hiperbaric tank for antistress, health power, antiaging, etc.

In the neighbourhood you can have fun - best parties in the town, you can go shopping, there is the market, bars, pubs, local, balkan,chinese, mediteranian restaurants, fast food, bakery, pizzeria, bus, doctor assistance, pharmacy, fitness, sports park, post office, beautiful beaches.

Parking for your car is outside.

By bus to Trieste (Italy) and by train to Venice airport or with our company with transfer directly to the waterpark/aquapark ISTRALANDIA (33km) and 4 nearby airports:

Inside the appartment it is not allowed to smoke. You can smoke on the terrace outside.

No parties. No sleepover without permission. Please be a good neighbour and comply with all local ordinances, state and municipality laws. Please respect the peace and quiet of your neighbours in the common areas, specially after 22:00. Apartment's accessories (pillows, blankets, towels...) are not allowed to be taken out of the apartment and do not use the towels provided to clean shoes, floor, tables, etc. If you need additional cleaning material, please ask the staff to provide it. Just leave the apartment you rented the way you found it upon arrival.

Ideale plaats om de regio Istrië te verkennen. Appartement is klein maar volledig en rusitg gelegen. Eigenaar is vriendelijk en adviseert graaag over te maken uitstappen.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If ALBATROS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
