This is a old house that has been renovated to a beautiful summer holiday house. It is surronded by 4.000 square meters olive trees land. Koroni and the zaga beach is just 10 minutes easy walk, along vine trees and olive groves.

The Nihori house is an extraordinary and unique house, because four generations of families have been raised there. It is a happy house that gives a positive feelings to the (website hidden) is 15 minutes walk to the town of Koroni and to the Zaga Beach. It is exceptionally breezy in the summer months

You will have access to the house and the surrounding area without any restrictions. The house and the plot have their own road and parking.

I will welcome you upon your arrival and i will show you the house. I am living within 5 minutes drive from the house so i would be able to attend all your needs.

The house and the neighborhood is for nature lovers. It is very quite area with nice view of the sea and the olive groves and the vines. Your walking to Koroni and to the beaches can a great adventure every time, by studing the birds, talking to local people, taking photos, smell the wildflowers and herbs along the road etc. . But the most exceptional experience is to be in your bed and gaze to the STARS.

The closest bus stop is in Koroni, which is 15 minutes walk. Taxis are available upon request

The house and the area is the same like it was when my great grand father lived there. Just a rural area with all the comfort of today's living.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send SOTIRIOS (the owner) a message.

    If SOTIRIOS (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
