From the owner

House sits on three acres of property, only 30 meters from the sea. This stone house was first built at the beginning of the 19th century, but it was renovated several times. The last renovations were finalized in 2012.

It has a big 70 m2 terrace and a parking lot for two cars.

House has two floors. Living room, kitchen with dining area, 2-bed room and three bathrooms are on the first floor. The two big 3-bed rooms are on the second floor.

House is equipped with two AC devices, size 12 and 18 Btu.

Besides necessary cutlery, the kitchen is also equipped with a stove and a refrigerator. There is a TV set in the living room.

House is in Orahovac, which is situated in one of the coves of Bokakotorska bay. Twenty small pebble beaches will provide you with a unique pleasure. They are ideal for children as the depth of the sea is slowly getting deeper as you enter into it. Plenty of freshwater sources guaranty a clean sea. Therefore, water salinity is also minimal.

House rules: The house capacity is for 7 people. There is a tourist fee of 1.5 e per day per person that you need to pay on Monday in the tourist office in Orahovac. Please bring your passports. Please leave the house in a decent state (dishes washed, garbage thrown away, etc) Check-in is at 3 pm, check-out is at 10 am. Please be aware that the next guests are coming on the same day and we need enough time to clean the house properly. Therefore we are unable to extend check-out time. No late parties. Please avoid loud noises after 11 pm. If you need any further help, Vesna will be able to help you out.

    If Ivana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
