EN JAYS Residency occupies a splendid position in arguably one of the finest and most desirable locations near Pala, conveniently placed only 200 meters from the Ettumannor - Poonjar State Highway, basic amenities and restaurants, . This is a Fully Furnished Five Flat apartment which provides Car Parking for 6-7 Cars within the premises. This property Coexists with in a private layout which includes Villas and in a calm and quiet place for peace lovers. An ideal property whether as a permanent residence, holiday retreat or weekend bolt hole.

The lounge is large and well illuminated which gives a good ambiance for a relaxed night or to have a good family time. It is furnished with a Sofa Set and a Coffee Table. The lounge is connected to an open balcony.

The Master and the Second Bedroom is having attached bathroom with curtain decorated windows and also well illuminated. The bed room has a queen sized bed, a table and a chair. Bed rooms are equipped with spacious wardrobes and air conditioning in the master bedrooms.

Kitchen is very well designed and fully equipped with all the necessary supplies. There is Contemporary selection of wall and base units. There is a separate work area which will keep the kitchen clean & neat which is separated from Kitchen

Dining Room is equipped with a table which can accommodate six people to have family dinner/ lunch. This coexists with the lounge but separated from all other amenities

1. The guests can cook their own food. Gas connection and essential utensils are provided within the apartment. Cook can be made available on request.

Why can't I call Ajay (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ajay (the owner) a message.

If Ajay (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
