Among the old stone houses in the traditional village of Kournas Apokoronou, is an old house which was completely renovated in 2015. Externally, Villa Iasonas retains its pure traditional elements while inside it has been transformed into a modern house with all amenities and decoration. The view from the balcony of Villas Iasonas is magnificent, overlooking the green mountain slopes of growing trees, shrubs and herbs which are typical of the area.

The position of Villa Iasonas makes it suitable for summer and winter holidays in Chania, especially for those who love nature and are looking for a quiet stay. It is just 2 km from the beautiful natural lake of Kournas and 4 km from the endless sandy beach of Georgioupolis which has a total length of 15 km (Georgioupolis – Kavros – Episkopi – Petres).

    Cher M. Pierre, juste avant votre procès, il me restait une réservation du même nom pendant 14 jours. Je n'avais pas d'avance car ni vous, je me taisais bien avant la maison avec l'effet de ne jamais comparaître et je serais pressé. Lorsque j'étais dans votre essai et que vous aviez réservé le même nom pour les mêmes jours, juste après que les clients ne soient pas apparus, j'ai décidé de demander une petite avance pour être inférieur. Vous n'avez pas répondu si vous vous souveniez de ma demande pendant un certain temps et lorsque vous avez décidé de mettre mon argent, vous avez écrit qu'ils vous avaient dit de votre banque que mon compte ne fonctionnait pas et que vous rendiez l'argent avec des frais supplémentaires et que vous annuliez ma réservation Je fais toutes mes transactions avec l'extérieur avec ce compte. J'ai donc aussi pensé que quelqu'un se moquait de moi et je venais de perdre 14 jours supplémentaires de location de la villa, pour une valeur de 1 400 € à un total de 2 800 € par mois. Mille sont désolés pour les ennuis et je veux croire que vous comprenez que c'était un terrible malentendu. Je serais heureux de vous revoir un jour pour voir notre hospitalité et vous aurez des prix très spéciaux à réparer de ma part. Bonne chance je vous souhaite. Ioannis Drakakis

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Ioannis (the owner) a message.

    If Ioannis (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
