Situated amidst the lush green ambience and the sea, Gokulam Home Stay provides you a pleasant stay in God's Own Country. Gokulam is very near to the Light House Beach. Approx 3 minutes walk to beach. The crescent shaped beach has three parts. The southern most and the most popular is the Kovalam Light House Beach. Kovalam is one of the most developed tourist destinations of Kerala.
Situated at just 14 km from Thiruvanathapuram, The Gokulam Home Stay & Apartment is situated near the Kovalam Light House Beach. Light house beach offers safe bathing in warm clear water. Lifeguards are stationed along the beach all year round.

Location – Situated close to the beach. Approx 3 minute walk takes you to the Lighthouse beach. As the home is not directly situated on the beach, it is quiet and peaceful. Evenings can be pleasantly spent. After watching a spectacular sunset at the beach, you can relax on the balcony. Or, if you desire, you can spend a few hours on the rooftop watching the magnificent sunset and the birds returning to roost. The natural beauty of this area – coconut palms swaying in the breeze, several types of birds singing, different trees and plants providing a green background – these will make your evenings magical.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If JAYAPRAKASH (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
