If you are looking for a relaxing vacation in your own luxury apartment with private wellness area, near first-class ski slopes, hiking and biking trails, you are looking at the right place. Kranjska Gora is the #1 ski resort in Slovenia and internationally renowned for the World Cup’s Slalom.

Our place is located in the heart of the ski center beneath the Julian Alps in Kranjska gora. The location is quiet and in the immediate vicinity of the ski resort and cycling tracks. The house is located within walking distance from the centre, shops, ski slopes, etc. A bus station is located in front of the house.

The house was built in 2010 with quality and design as paramount considerations. It is one of the most recent and higher-quality constructions in the area, featuring 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, open dining and living areas, 2 balconies and a private cellar, for a total 98 m2, plus a shared wellness and sauna area on the ground floor and a private parking spot. The architectural design of the apartment building reflects the traditional designs of Alpine architecture. The building has four floors: basement, ground floor, first floor and attic. My apartment is on the 1st floor with two balconies measuring 16 m2 in total. The apartment has an external parking space and a private storage area in the basement measuring 14 m2. In the basement there are also 32 m2 of shared storage room, which you can use for storing your bikes or other sports equipment, like skis, ski boots, trolleys, etc.

The interior space of the apartment measures 69 m2 and is comprised of two comfortable bedrooms, a modern bathroom with tub, an impressively chic living room, and a well-equipped open plan kitchen that is perfect for any amateur chef looking to prepare a delicious meal! The place is very bright with lots of windows opening to the valley and mountains. After a great day of sightseeing, the balcony is a perfect and lush spot to reflect on the day while enjoying a cool drink in the afternoon sun.

The apt has been newly furnished with all brand new furniture and appliances in January 2018. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic cooktop, electric oven, refrigerator and freezer. There is a breakfast bar with two stools and a big dining table with 6 chairs to seat the whole family. The living room features stone lining on the walls and elegant curtains on the windows for additional atmosphere. Two comfortable couches and two armchairs provide plenty of seating and lounging space for family and friends to relax watching TV, surfing the internet or reading books. In the evening, the sofas turn into additional beds for extra sleeping capacity. The two bedrooms each have a double bed and one bedroom has a tall wardrobe to hang and store your clothes. The apartment has independent heating, which can be remote controlled and programmed through a cell phone so that the place is warm before your arrival. Upon each guest changeover, the apartment is professionally cleaned, the beds are made with new sheets and fresh towels await you.

The rental price also includes access to a 60 m2 fully furnished wellness centre on the ground floor of the building with sauna, dressing room, a separate bathroom and a resting space. We are the only provider on the market offering such luxury amenities!

The wellness area for relaxation or socializing has a furnished dressing room and a furnished bathroom. There is also a big relaxation space. The highest quality sauna for six has a special design that follows the design of wooden elements in the apartment building. The relaxation/wellness area will impress those who wish to relax after sports activities and also those who enjoy the tranquility of well-designed and comfortable environment.
