New and modern apartment right in the city. Walking distance to Petronas Twin Towers and Bukit Bintang. Easy access to public transportation, tourist sites, shopping, restaurants and amenities. Live like a local comfortably in the heart of KL!

This cool urban 610 sq ft apartment is a 2-bedroom unit located nearly at the top floor of the building and comes with an awesome view of the city and nearby helipads.

Check out my space. It's a home away from home, where you can unwind after a busy day.

Located within a posh urban neighbourhood smack in the city center, surrounded by many 5* hotels and global corporations. This is Kuala Lumpur city centre.

Plenty of good restaurants to choose from within the vicinity. If you are keen on trying local food and delicacies, there are various outlets to consider next door (1 min walk away).

There are many restaurants nearby (2 mins walk). For more recommendations, simply ask me prior to your arrival or even when we meet.

Good thing about this location is you can walk to the many point of interest around the neighbourhood without needing to take a taxi. This will save you money and time, not to mention eliminate the stress dealing (sometimes negotiating) with unscrupulous taxi drivers and sitting in KL's notorious traffic jams.

The apartment is easily accessible by public transportation and walking distance to many attractions. From the nearest monorail station (Raja Chulan Station), it is only 1 stop away from Bukit Bintang Station (a 3 mins train ride), one of the most popular shopping districts in town. You may even walk to KLCC or Pavilion shopping malls using the elevated air-conditioned walkways right outside the building. With the elevated walkway, its a comfortable stroll (minus vehicle traffic, heat, sun and the rain) to a plethora of shopping outlets and eateries.

To summarise, my place is a :

300 m (4 mins) walk to Raja Chulan Monorail Station.

200 m to nearest bus stop / taxi stand.

300 m (4 mins) walk to Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre.

450 m (6 mins) walk to Aquaria KLCC.

700 m (9 mins) walk to Suria KLCC for shopping and dining.

550 m (7 mins) walk to Pavillion KL for shopping and dining.

Depending on availability, transportation TO (and not from) the airport or KL Sentral can be arranged with my regular trusted airport taxi driver at an extra cost (you pay the driver, not me).

A security deposit of RM300 or (it's equivalent in other currency) is required upon check-in. Upon inspection of the unit during check-out, the deposit will be refunded.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Edna (the owner) a message.

If Edna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
