From the owner

Studio apartment on one of the highest floor in Regalia with an amazing view especially sunsets! The unit comes fully equipped with wifi and basic utensils for light cooking. You will also be provided with a personally compiled travel tip pack to help you with moving around KL, recommended food, cheap transportation options, maps, and more! This will be shared upon booking confirmation and prior to your trip of course :)

Regalia is conveniently located within 5-10minutes of walking distance from two train lines and a mall. 3 stops from KL Sentral, close to restaurants and dining, nightlife, public transport and more.

1. Free high speed wifi for up to 4 concurrent devices.

2. The space is comfortable for 3pax, couples or solo travelers. There is a 10inch Englander queen size bed, 2 pillows and a 3 seater sofa. For 3rd pax it is chargeable and I will put and additional a single mattress, pillow and blanket in the apartment. This is to be specified during booking by selecting "3 guests".

3. I provide clean linens however they are not ironed and may be crumpled.

4. Television is useful to fix your game console or USB drive to watch your own movies and listen to MP3 songs if you have any. There is also DVD player that you can use if you have DVDs to watch. No regular TV channels.

5. Help yourself with the coffee, tea, and whatever that is available in the kitchen and refrigerator.

6. Light cooking is allowed; I have all necessary utensils, pans, kettle and microwave.

7. Private bathroom with heater and rain shower. Shampoo, shower gel and hair dryer provided.

8. There is a washing machine in the unit that is NOT for guests' use. There is a laundry on the 4th floor for for basic wash and dry - probably the cheapest laundry you will ever find in KL. There is also a DIY washer and dryer in the premise for a fee.

9. Free outdoor parking is available within the premise based on first come first served basis - not a dedicated lot. However if the free parking lots are fully occupied, you can opt to park for a fee of RM10/night in the basement (directly payable to the guard).

10. Free wifi is also available in the block lobby with comfortable seating area, reading room, both pool areas, poolside bar.

Being an avid and budget traveler myself, I understand the importance of convenience and cost efficiency in city travels. Regalia is located in the heart of KL with KTM Komuter and Star LRT lines within 5-10 minutes walking distance. There is a Cold Storage in the Sunway Putra Mall where you can buy your groceries for light cooking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Bavani (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
