The apartment is located between Esentepe and Tatlisu, about 30 minutes drive east of Kyrenia and surrounded by mountain views to the south and overlooking the stunning Mediterranean to the north. The 2 bedroom air-conditioned front line apartment sleeps 4 persons and overlooks the Mediterranean and is as close to the sea as you can get.

The continuous patio doors provide exceptional sea views from the apartments resembling 'infinity' views from an ocean liner! The fully equipped kitchens include washing machine, lounge/dining areas with TV plus DVD. A very small but secluded beach is 1 min walk away down a flight of steps and a larger beach is 10 mins walk away.

The apartment is located on the Old Coast Road and are 3 mins walk to 3 restaurants. Taxi from airport and car rental can be arranged with a local firm if required. The property is professionally managed by locally based expatriate property managers.

The apartment has air-conditioning and fans in every room which can be reversed to provide heating in winter months. Sliding fly screens have been fitted to all patio doors and fixed flyscreens to all opening windows allowing patio doors and windows to be left open during the day and at night to enjoy the cooling sea breezes without the incursion of any insects. Plenty of storage space is available thanks to large fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. The private terraces provide a place to sit and relax with a drink whilst you watch the sun set over the Mediterranean sea after a hard day's sun bathing!

Further details outdoors

A very small secluded and semi-private rocky and sandy beach is available at the base of the cliffs towards the Eagle's Nest restaurant and accessed by a concrete stairway just 1 minute walk away from the apartment. It is also possible, though not recommended, to scramble down the cliffs directly in front of the apartment to get to the sea. A much bigger sandy beach is available about 10 to 15 minutes walk away to the west of the apartments. With the clear water, the area is ideal for snorkeling.

Unfortunately there is no swimming pool because of space constraints.

The new Korineum Championship 18 hole Golf Course lies on the road to Kyrenia about 20 minutes drive from the apartments.

Parking is available adjacent to the apartments on the eastern side.

Disabled access: It is possible to drive up to the front of each apartment. Whilst there are about 5 steps up to both the patio for No 5 and up to the front door in No 8 the interior of both apartments are each on one level with no further stairs.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Chris (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
