Kotak Kotak is an all natural resort near the Tip of Borneo beach. The individual cabins are situated in a secret wetland garden surrounded by birds and butterflies. Air Condition is provided to all cabins. Cabins also feature minimalist interiors and bright daylight-filled windows.

This little resort combines outdoor relaxation, water sports ranging from canoes to jet-ski. Many shall tout itself as a "dream" destination with various design of individual cabins with human comfort as top priority in mind.You can enjoy the sea breeze, long white natural beach just a stone's throw away. At night you can watch amazing stars above. With a little luck you may even see "blue tears" along the miles long beaches.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Kotak (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
