This property brings luxury at an affordable price. Hear the crash of waves and appreciate gorgeous ocean views from the entire third floor living area, including an awesome deck. And the best thing is that don't have to pay the high oceanfront premium to get it.

We've been renting this home part time for years. We don't have any reviews on this site because we're new to FlipKey but we're not new to the vacation rental industry and know how to treat our guests!

This is not your average rental. Lots of upgrades await you and with everything you need to be truly comfortable. This is the owner's second home who love to spend time at the beach and it's only rented a fraction of each year so it's maintained with loving care. This house is owner managed so we can be sure it is kept in tip top shape for you and your family. This is NOT a full time, well-used rental property...there is low traffic through it and it's in a secluded residential area away from the congested mainstream tourist areas.

This house is wonderful for a family and is also perfect for two families to share with two of the bedrooms having king size beds!!! So there's no argument over which couple gets the bigger bed in this house!

There were no shortcuts taken when selecting the finishes for this home. There are hardwood and tile floors in all areas except the bedrooms. The furnishings are all high end as well. You'll find high-end finishes throughout.

You will be able to watch the ocean from the kitchen sink, surrounded by granite countertops, high-end stainless steel appliances and a convection oven with warming drawer. Pots and pans, bakeware and utensils are all plentiful for your convenience.

The kitchen is open to the dining and living rooms, all with hardwood flooring. The living room has a flatscreen TV, a sectional sofa large enough to fit the entire family, and an oversized chair-and-a-half. Doors open to a large deck with chairs and a table for meals looking over the water. A bedroom with a queen bed along with a full bathroom complete the top floor.

The second level consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master has a king size bed, flat screen TV, large closet, bathroom with dual vanities, a LARGE soaking tub, separate shower, and private access to a large deck. Another bedroom has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk-in closet and direct door to a jack-and-jill bathroom shared with an additional bedroom. The final bedroom has two sets of bunkbeds for a total of 4 twin beds and a TV/DVD combo to put movies on for the kids...it's the perfect spot for the kids to have sleepovers at the beach!

We do not charge a separate cleaning fee with standard weekly rentals, so you will pay the rental amount, refundable security deposit, and taxes only. No hidden fees! We can also coordinate linen rentals for you and include it in your rental invoice as an added convenience for you.

Kure beach is unique because there are no large condos or hotels and is more of a family beach. This property is in the perfect spot within the town...where you can feel like you're away from it all but get to everything the island has to offer with a short drive or bike ride. The beach is also just steps away with the closest beach access just about right across the street.

The house is furnished with everything you need with exception of your personal items....we even provide laundry detergent and fabric softener. So just bring your family or friends, linens, and food/drinks and come enjoy a wonderful vacation at the beach!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
