Stunning Penthouse apartment with roof terrace and jacuzzi. Commanding views of the Mountains and golf course through 180 degrees.This apartment has a double bedroom with en-suite and terrace, double bedroom with two single beds (terrace) and a family bathroom on the first level. Upper level boasts open plan living space with lounge, dinning area, kitchen and toilet. Access from living area leads to the large terrace with outside dinning, sun loungers and jacuzzi.

Furnished to a high standard with everything you would expect from this quality of accomodation. Fully functional kitchen with large fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and all cooking utensils.

There is Satellite TV with a variety of channels to suit both adults and children. There is a TV in the lounge and another in the master bedroom.

All rooms have air conditioning and fresh towels and linen are provided. There is an iron, ironing board and hair dryer also provided. Highchair, cot and baby gate are all in the apartment if you require to use.

If you require mid-stay clean, then this can be arranged. I do need some notice as i have my own cleaner and do not use those hired by the resort. I have been using the same cleaner for 5 years and 100% trust worthy. There is ample linen for 2 or 3 sheet changes. There is a charge of TL600 paid directly to my cleaner.

The resort has 11 swimming pools including an indoor pool. Stunning 18 hole golf course with amazing views over Kusadasi Bay and the Aegean Sea, beauty salon, fitness centre, tennis courts, basketball court, kids play area, restaurants, games room plus a mini aqua park. The resort is approximately 18 km from the cruise liner port of Kusadasi, 40 km from Ephesus and 80 km from Izmir airport.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Kenny (the owner) a message.

If Kenny (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
