First of its kind in North Cyprus, Patara City translated means 'City of. Dreams'. Set in a very tranquil atmosphere amongst beautiful gardens and palm trees with outstanding views of the mountains. Situated within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the town centre and old Harbour where you can sit, relax and enjoy traditional/local food and drink.
Newly decorated and furnished throughout to a very high standard. Fully equipped kitchen, 2 balconies. Large living room/dinning room, 'smart' TV, satellite and Android channels, internet access, DVD player, large selection of DVD 's, iPod dock, CD/Radio player, water machine, air conditioning, heating, hair dryer, travel cot, communal gardens, large shared pool, on-site gym, sauna, 24 hour gated security, car parking, close to shops, banks, restaurants, bar, harbour and lots more.
Accommodation description:- Bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king size bed, hairdryer, travel cot available, bedroom 2 and 3 have twin single bedrooms. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with drawers and shelf space, free standing dressing table and stool, bedside tables and lamps. All bedrooms have air conditioning. WC:- Separate wc. Bathrooms:- Bathroom consists of bath/shower over, sink, wc and cupboards. Kitchen:- Kitchen includes, electric cooker, gas hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, cooking pots/pans and utensils, crockery and cutlery, balcony with table and chairs. Ironing board, iron, clothes airer. Living Rooms:- Living room/Dinning room comprises of a 4 and 3 seat settee, SMART TV with built in internet access, satellite and Android channels, internet Wi-Fi, DVD/CD player, CD/Radio player, iPod docking station, 2 mobile phones to use during your stay, glass/wrought iron dinning table and 6 chairs, water machine. Air condition and large balcony with table and chairs".

Korineum Golf Resort is an 18 hole championship golf course, a 30 minute drive from Kyrenia, this amazing 6,600 yard course is set among beautiful natural scenery, fabulous views of Five Finger Mountains and miles and miles of coastline from the elevated 5th Tee. It also features a new clay tennis court, Health, Beauty, Massage and Spa treatments.

Skiing is available at Troodos mountains subject to season/weather.

There are daily relaxing boat & fishing trips available from the Harbour as well as various water sports such as banana rides, jet ski, paragliding and diving are available. Some activities may require booking in advance.

The nearest beach is a 5 minute drive away. Amazing golden sand and clear blue sea.

The local currency is Turkish Lira although most shops will accept British pounds, there are ample foreign exchange shops with competitive rates and do not charge a commission fee.

Overseas bookings:- All money transfer fees/bank charges are the responsibility of the client making the booking.

Prices are per week in UK Pounds, for the whole apartment, not per person. A non refundable deposit of 20% is required at the time of booking with the balance to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival date. A £100 refundable deposit will be required to cover any damage and/or breakages.
A weekly allowance of 200 electricity units is included in the price, additional units are charged at cost. The meter will be read upon your arrival and departure.

Change over day is flexible. Check in is available from 16.00 and check out is 12.00 noon.
Depending on availability it may be possible to accommodate early/late check in/out. Please enquiry at time of booking.
