Villa Bella is beautifully furnished and well-equipped to meet your every need. It boasts stunning, unobstructed views, mountains to the South and sea to the North, which can be enjoyed while dining or just relaxing with a drink whilst watching the sun disappear over the horizon.

Best of all, Villa Bella is in a totally private individual location. Not overlooked by any other property you can enjoy your holiday in total peace and privacy.

A fully fitted kitchen with all amenities is equipped with cooker, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, water cooler etc. It is a child friendly, relaxing and comfortable property. A place which offers fun, family holiday or a quiet romantic escape. Also there is no need to hire equipment for children - we have it all!

There’s nothing quite like the warm glow and comforting heat of a fireplace to set the tone for romance of an evening. The living room has a fireplace for your romantic times at winter season, a small library corner with approx. 50 English books and 100 DVD's with a widescreen TV and a 5.1 home theater DVD player.

The ground floor features a modern living area, large kitchen, dining table with seating for 6 persons and a large kitchen. There is 1 bedroom located on this floor with twin beds. There is also a bathroom with shower and WC.

Upstairs, the master bedroom with a king size double bed, dressing room and an en-suite shower room. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds and also there is a separate family bathroom with large size (180cm) bathtub and WC ( All showers, bathtubs and taps have pressurized water). In total the villa has 3 bathrooms to ensure that everyone can relax and have a comfortable vacation.

Outside, the villa has a large and well-kept garden and pool area with large terrace with outdoor furniture, surrounded by trees for privacy. The spacious garden area is the best feature of the property with lemon trees and flowers. There is a lovely rose garden too. There is plenty of room for sunbathing and outside dining and the large swimming pool features steps for easy access. A partition separates the pool area from the rest of the garden, giving extra safety for young children. There is a pool terrace looking over the pool and facing views of the sea and mountain both. The terrace offers 'al fresco' sunset dining, equipped with dining table and chairs. (Terrace with table, chairs and sofa, where you can also sip cocktails whilst looking at the stunning views of mountains to the South, sea to the North). This is a great family villa, close to the beach and village centre.

There is covered parking for two cars.

The Villa’s private overflow pool is 13 metres long and will be regularly serviced (twice a week) during your stay. The garden will also be regularly serviced (once a week).

The property has free WIFI, DVD Player, widescreen TV and air conditioning with comfortable seating. The kitchen has everything required for a comfortable self-catering stay. There is Air conditioning to the bedrooms and gas fired central heating system throughout.

Interaction with Guests

The manager of the villa will come to visit you the day you arrive (or may be the day after in case you arrive too late) to make sure that everything is okay. They are also on call 24/7 should you have any emergencies.

An advantage over many other Villas is that our experienced Managers live nearby and are therefore able to offer immediate assistance and advice.

The Neighborhood

Villa Bella is located at equal distance between Beach and village centre. The beach and the nearest shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants are just minutes away. This area offers a quiet and relaxing setting whilst being within easy reach of all the surrounding amenities.

City of Kyrenia (12-15 minutes driving distance) has developed in recent years into one of the top holiday destinations in Cyprus, offering a unique and unforgettable and experience for all visitors. Lapta (west side of Kyrenia) is famous for its sandy beaches and clear waters and has much to offer to visitors of all ages.

The rich historical, cultural and natural values hosted in Lapta, The City of Treasures, have grant here privilege at all times from the past to the present. Lapta, with its non-distorted fabric fairly strike people with admiration. It is possible to see all the beauties bestowed by the nature in Lapta. At the historical places in Lapta, while dreaming of mysterious past, one can explore the hidden corners of the nature and observe the traces of the culture kept alive. While doing all these, one can witness a rare beauty between reality and tale. Lapta is one of the cities where you can find serenity. This collection of beauties will relax your soul. Hiking trails located in the Lapta region offer different choices to the nature fan enthusiasts. Some of the hiking trails organised as a part of NATURA 2000 are also located in this region. Due to its location by the sea the region offers unique opportunities in water sports. Besides participating in various diving activities and exploring the rich under water biology, you can also do water sports like water-skiing, windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing ets... Due to the natural beauty inherent in the region, Lapta has a unique position for horse riding and cycling sports.

Golf is 30 minutes away. The prestigious Korineum Golf & Beach Resort is in fact very much a part of the small island's history as it is proudly home to the first 18 hole golf course in the Island. Scuba diving and water sports 10 minutes. Horse riding 15 minutes. Also If you’re looking for some rest and relaxation, a bit of pampering and some activities to keep your children occupied, there are now a number of beach clubs close to Villa Bella. Such as Escape beach club and Sunset beach club.

Escape Beach Club is possibly the most popular beach club in North Cyprus. During the daytime Escape is full of life in the summer months, and it’s popular for families with children because of its soft sandy beach and shallow waters. Chill out areas with beanbags, plenty of beach sunloungers, restaurant and bar facilities make for a very relaxing day, with a waiter drinks service on hand so you don’t have to lift a finger or move a muscle if you don’t want to!

Children will be kept occupied as there are lots of water activities at Escape; the water sports available include jet-skis, inflatable banana rides, canoes or pedal boats which are all obviously well supervised. Additionally, diving in North Cyprus is really popular so you can try your hand at diving with a team on hand to assist you and provide the necessary equipment and expertise.

Night-time at Escape sees the beach club turn into a ‘club’ club! It’s professionally run and has the benefit of drawing international DJs who often fly in for a night to perform their magic on the decks. It’s a really popular venue, not only with tourists but also local youngsters too who all party well into the small hours.

Lapta being a bishop centre during the Byzantine and Medieval Knights period embody many religious buildings. 14 Churches, 2 mosques, and 2 monasteries dated XVIII-XIX AD, are worth to visit.

With crystal clear waters and sandy beaches, it’s easy to see why Kyrenia attracts thousands of visitors each year.

Family-friendly and fun, Lapta region has a wide selection of local and international restaurants, offering numerous cuisines from all over the World (French, Italian, Turkish, Chinese, Indian etc...) along with many cafes and bars. Enjoy a cocktail and a candlelit dinner at one of the many seafront restaurants.

For days of family fun, Lapta offers a waterpark 5 minute drive away. Whether you want to just laze by the pool or spend the day swimming in the clear waters of the Mediterranean, the region has it all.

Getting Around:

Although there is a bus stop 5 minutes walking distance away from the villa where you can get buses to the city of Kyrenia, public transport system is not efficient enough. So we recommend you to rent a car. (Please do not hesitate to ask assistance on this issue). From Ercan Airport it is 45 minutes by taxi or car. Parking is available at the villa. (Also we would recommend a transfer from the airport as finding the villa for the first time may not be easy if you are unfamiliar with the area).
