From the hall, porch with solarium and barbecue. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, one double and two single beds, one with three single beds (one for children) and one with two single beds, which can be turned into a double bed. Bathroom with bath complete the layout of the first floor.
The entrance to the villa provides access from the car park to the garden which is fully fenced and that the outdoor heated swimming pool (measures 7x4x1,20). The villa has a functional kitchen, barbecue in the garden. Bike tours are available on site.
Ideal for hiking, guests will reach trails leading up to 2300 m with Mount Genzana. The villa can be a base for excursions to the medieval villages of the area rich in traditions, of which the National Park Gran Sasso Velino it is a corollary exceptional. If desired, Rome is one hour bus. Nearby restaurants offering local and international cuisine. About 10 minutes drive there is a golf course.
