From the owner

New to the rental market for summer 2014 is Villa Didier, a contemporary style detached 4 double bedroomed, 2 bathroom villa with private pool located in the Cala Montgo area (a small bay on the southern side of L´Escala). The garden and pool have a south west orientation making the house bright all day long right up until sunset. The villa is only a short walk (approximately 300m) to the sandy beach of Cala Montgo.

The entrance door leads into the modern well appointed lounge - kitchen - dinning room which in turn leads either out through patio doors to the pool terrace or to the hallway leading to the first three bedrooms. The three bedrooms on the ground floor each have a patio door leading out onto the teak decked pool terrace. The master bedroom has en-suite facilities with a further family bathroom for the other room. A spiral staircase leads up from the bedrrom hallway to the 4th bedroom, located in a round tower on the 1st floor. The pool terrace also has a covered area for 'Al Fresco' dinning and large gas BBQ. The back door leads out to a small shady terrace with it´s own "Petanque / Boule piste" (equipment provided).

Whether you are looking for a quiet location for a relaxed beach holiday or an action packed adventure, L´Escala really does provide it all, from scuba diving to horse riding, sailing lessons to coastal walks, golf to gastronomy or simply a beautiful sandy beach with a good book!

    How do damage deposits work?
