From the owner

"Casa Esperança" is a newly refurbished traditional style detached 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, with pool and amazing views, located in Cala Montgo - a small bay on the southern side of L´Escala. The house and garden have a south west orientation making the house bright all day long right up until sunset.

The house is located over two floors, with the main entrance, lounge, kitchen, lounge terrace and one single bedroom / bathroom (wc and shower) located on the 1st floor. Stairs lead down to the ground floor and a hallway which in turn leads to the four spacious bedrooms and the family bathroom (master bedroom has a large en-suite). The hallway leads out onto the pool terrace and other terraced areas of the garden including the BBQ / "al fresco dining terrace" overlooking the garden. The house also boasts a fabulous roof terrace with amazing sea views, a sofa style outdoor seating and relaxed lighting - an fab area to enjoy an evening cocktail.

The property is located at the end of a Cul-de-sac with no passing traffic and it is always lovely quiet so ideal for families looking for a relaxing location. The house also has easy access to the beach and local amenities, with its own private access path leading down to the road below and a short walk (350 metres) to the beach. Fresh croissants, bread and other neccesities are available at a very well stocked local supermarket which boasts an in-house butcher, baker and wine shop, less than 300metres walk from the house.

Why can't I call Jonathan (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jonathan (the owner) a message.

If Jonathan (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
