La Vall Gran is located on a quiet and secluded urbanization 5 minutes drive from the main golden sands of L'Estartit and a short distance from the historic village of Torroella De Montgri. With local amenities only a 5 minute walk away the villa is ideal for that relaxing holiday. Located in the heart of Catalunya you can sample the local markets and old Catalan villages with their splendid restaurants.

The villa has a large private 10M x 5M swimming pool, a private garden/lawn area, 3 double bedrooms which back onto a pool terrace and and a secluded roof terrace for serious sun worshippers.

The villa is set within a backdrop of a mountain with historic castle ruins on the top. This provides fantastic views from the roof terrace which uniquely in this property covers the whole roof area accessed by steps on the side of the villa making it ideal for relaxing in privacy and soaking up the sun by day or enjoying a meal lit up by night.

This villa has been totally redeveloped to a very high standard to provide that truly special holiday experience. It is spacious with 3 double bedrooms backing onto the pool terrace and private pool with all day sun. A large garden/lawn area makes this ideal for families.

A secluded private terrace makes it ideal for serious sun worshippers. The villa has a splendid top quality fully fitted modern kitchen with double oven, hob, built in microwave, dishwasher and fridge freezer. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped with every utensil for cooking and place settings for 9 persons. There is a double garage with washing machine facilities. 2 new bath/shower rooms which incorporate a walk in shower and bidet . There is air conditioning/warm air central heating throughout. A long breakfast bar or for family meals and an 8 seater dining table provide a great eating experience. There is a large outdoor dining table too located on the front terrace accessed from the kitchen area which most guest choose as their dining option during long summer days. For the evening you can relax in the lounge and watch our SMART TV or listen to music on our Bose Music System and there is a large choice of family DVDs to play. There is a built-in outside barbecue, outdoor lighting around the villa and roof terrace together with pool lighting for that highly entertaining evening.

Why can't I call Andrew (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrew (the owner) a message.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
