Villa L'Estartit es una casa de nueva construcción, esquinera , con un jardín privado y cerrado de 120m , con porche, terraza y agradable zona de cesped. La casa dispone asimismo de chimenea y aparcamiento privado . La zona de piscinas está prácticamente al lado.

La urbanización es muy tranquila y familiar , rodeada de campos y bosque de pinos y dunas, pero a tan solo 3 km de las playas de L'Estartit y de todos los servicios y comercios en Torroella de Montgrí.

La zona ofrece múltiples posibilidades de ocio y actividades diversas. Por otro lado, la casa está muy cerca de estupendas playas y calas así como de preciosos pueblos medievales con un encanto especial y una excelente oferta gastronómica . Enclave ideal para visitar los rincones más emblemáticos de la costa Brava.

Ideal para vacaciones y también para teletrabajo todo el año.

    La casa es amplia y está en una urbanización muy tranquila pero a la vez muy cerca de todos los servicios. Es necesario tener coche. El trato de los propietarios inmejorable.

    Agradecemos enormemente su amable comentario y nos alegra hayan estado a gusto y tranquilos en la casa. Efectivamente, aunque puede accederse a la casa con transporte público, ya que hay un autobús que conecta la zona con Torroella de Montgrí, Girona y la playa de L'Estartit, es muy recomendable tener coche, ya que éste te permite acceder a otras playas y calas de la zona, así como a los bonitos pueblos de los alrededores. Una vez aquí conviene visitar la zona, es preciosa! Les esperamos cuando quieran, siempre hay rincones por descubrir, será un placer ayudarles a planear su proxíma estancia! Un cordial saludo!

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Consol (the owner) a message.

    If Consol (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
