Beautiful apartment well situated in a quiet area a few meters from the beach. You arrive to the promenade and the beach of L'Estartit in 3 minutes walking where you can enjoy the fantastic views of the Islas Medes. And if you keep walking you arrive to the center of l'Estartit in 10 minutes. Behind the apartment there is the the Reserva Natural del Rio Ter Vell, a park with outstanding natural beauty for its variety of flora and fauna, where you can stroll or cycling in the surroundings.

The apartment is part of a privately owned grounds with other apartments. Accommodates 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds and a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, a bathroom and a nice warm living room with access to a terrace overlooking the communal pool area and the sea on the horizon. The other areas of the apartment have beautiful views of the historic castle of Montgrí. Its orientation east towards the sea, it makes having high brightness and can enjoy the sunshine all day.

General features: Linen provided. Outside: shared pool, terrace, terrace furniture, garden. Inside: air conditioner, cd player, dvd player, radio, tv, washing machine, iron, ironing board. Kitchen: Dishwasher, freezer, fridge, coffee machine, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, kettle. Bathroom: Shower, hair dryer. The price quote includes: the rental of the property, bed linen and bath towels. It doesn't include electricity, water, final clean. In the check in will be paid. It is allowed to have pets and there is a suplement for them.

It is an apartment where all the spaces are very well maintained. The apartment is decorated and furnished to be cozy, comfortable and breathe sea environment. The appartment is provided with mosquito nets in almost all windows, including the balcony door. Also has safety lock the front door and the terrace. There is air conditioning (cold and hot) as it is an ideal place for a relaxing holiday at any time of the year for its climate and geographical situation of the municipality. On the other hand, the communal area has a pool and a space of manicured gardens. It also offers a place to leave bikes safely and another space for clothesline. No parking but this area is easy parking.

L'Estartit, emblematic town of the Costa Brava, strolling through its narrow streets or along lively Carrer de Santa Anna, the seafaring traditions, the old sailor’s taverns brings us to the past. A town that enjoy entertainment and activities throughout the year thanks to its climate and situation. Near by the sea and long sandy beaches and coves, surrounded by nature and splendid landscapes; in the background the diving paradise, the Islas Medas, on one side, the Reserva Natural del Río Ter Vell, ideal for hiking and in the background the Massis del Montgrí with the imposing fortress of Castell del Montgrí where you can see all Empúries and important mountains of Catalonia. Not forgetting the town of Torroella de Montgri, important cultural destination for its art, music, culture and heritage.

Living in a warm and cozy apartment where you will feel comfortable, well located and will allow you to know, discover and enjoy all the activity of a pretty village of sea. All requirements for a great vacation in a place full of possibilities and options.

The rich variety of landscapes of this area makes the perfect zone to have a wide range of sport activities and entertainment. A certificate that guarantees that the town and local area have special services for families. How do damage deposits work?
