Thank you so much for your message. We try to welcome our guests the best we can and it is always a pleasure when they keep their stay in good memories. Your comments were quite useful for us. Although the kitchen is tiny, we have equipped it with all the necessary kitchen appliances (boiler, toaster, coffee maker, hotplates, oven, micro-wave oven, extractor hood, ...) and utensils (crockery for four persons, saucepan, frying pan, salad bowl, …). You will always be welcome here. Thanks again.

Thank you so much for your kind words. It was a pleasure to welcome you. We are happy you enjoyed to be really down town at walking distance from shops, cafés and many places to see. Indeed the apartment cannot be more central. Staying down town in the heart of L'Isle sur la Sorgue, makes you experiencing day to day live of local people. In a matter of days, you quickly get habits: you choose your favorite bakery, as there are several at walking distance from the apartment. On the way back home you can buy an English language newspaper as Lucie newsstands (rue Carnot) sells a wide selection of International titles. Thanks again, it will always be a pleasure to welcome you or your friends again.

Thank you so much for your kind words. The tourist information center is at 50 meters from the apartment, and multilingual staff is very efficient to advise visitors. Moreover our guests have the main information leaflets at disposal in the apartment, with maps, tourist guides and some good tips from us. You did well mentioning that bike rental is a wonderful option for visiting L'Isle sur la sorgue and surroundings. There are several bike rental shops with helpful professionals, and electric bikes are more and more popular. Electric bikes are a good way to increase your prospection area when you don't want to rent a car and when public transports are not sufficiently flexible. It will be a pleasure for us to welcome you again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Eric (the owner) a message.

If Eric (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
