If you are looking to have a stress free holiday and wish to stay at a quiet location and still wanting to be close to Puerto del Carmen and its sea side attractions with its large sandy beaches, then Casita Canaria is perfect for you. This fine self-catering holiday home nestles in the hills above Puerto del Carmen in the Canarian Village of La Asomada. You are only a 5 minutes drive away from the district town of Tias, and Lanzarote’s main resort of Puerto del Carmen and the renowned marina of Puerto Calero.

You will be greeted on arrival at the villa with a welcome pack , which also includes soft and strong refreshments.

All 3 bedrooms have good sized wardrobes with drawers and hanging space and the two accommodation units have a built-in safe. There is a twin bedroom and a double bedroom, sharing a bathroom with walk_in shower. There are some movable heaters for the bedrooms in the winter month. The attached studio has the third bedroom with a large comfortable sofa bed and shower room.

The spacious and light lounge with its full size sliding glass doors on to the upper gated private terrace has stunning views over the countryside to the sea and the neighbouring island of Fuerteventura. There are self catering dining facilities for 6 persons, satellite TV ( full Engl. programs) via the internet, Dvd, Cd with Usb facility and radio. You can also be connected to the Internet via WiFi . Comfortable soft furnishings and ample reading material and games will give you pleasure whilst relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

The modern kitchen offers a full electric oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, espresso and washing machine. Apart from the usual electric kettle, coffee maker and toaster there are many more useful kitchen utensils provided.

Outside there are two terraces, the upper terrace has a shaded area with seating and dining facilities for 6 persons and there is a" Weber gas grill" for your al fresco dining. This terrace has a lockable gate which prevents small children from getting to the lower pool terrace and this terrace can not be overlooked and you are very private. The lower terrace has the 8m x 4m solar heated salt water pool, so no chemicals are used. The pool is private too if the whole property is rented. In the cooler winter month the pool can be additionally electrically heated for a charge of €90,00 per week. Here too you will fined comfortable sun loungers by the pool. The whole property is wall surrounded and private and so is the pool if you rent the total holiday accommodation, or if the studio is not occupied.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Peter (the owner) a message.

If Peter (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
