The apartment with free high speed fibe WIFI is located in La Cala de Mijas, a nice small village on the Costa del Sol, which preserves the charm of its original buildings and is not surrounded by high buildings that other places like Torremolinos or Fuengirola have.

The apartment is inside a closed community with nice gardens, a swimming pool, a children´s pool, a playground and 2 padeltennis courts. The best, that it is at a walking distance to the town and the beach.

Surrounding the community you will also find the 9-hole golf course La Noria Golf and not so far away, the golf courses: Calanova, El Chaparral or Santana Golf, giving you the chance of choosing among them for a lovely golfing day. Besides, for those willing to go beyond, at only 8km away, we find one of the biggest golf resorts in Europe, La Cala Resort, with 3 18-hole golf courses.

In La Cala you will also find a large variety of restaurants, bars, supermarkets and of course a wide beach where families and friends get together to enjoy the sunset.

Being midway between Malaga airport (30km) and Marbella or Puerto Banus (25km) La Cala de Mijas offers a strategic place to move around the Costa del Sol in accordance to your needs or desires. Also, if you want to have a high look over the coast, in the mountains you will find the town that gives name to the area, famous for its white houses, Mijas Pueblo, fresh and charmful to spent a nice day in the hills.

For all this activities we recommend hiring a car, but you could also use public bus or train to move around the area.

If you are interested in renting the apartment, it is available for this purposes during the whole year, according to the different seasons or stays duration we offer it at different prices. Price range between 400 and 900 euros a week. Offers are accepted and some negotiation is possible.

Why can't I call Andrew (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Andrew (the owner) a message.

If Andrew (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
