From the owner

One bedroom romantic villa in countryside setting on the North Eastern coast of Sardinia, approximately 3KM from the sea and village. The villa has been renovated to a high standard and is comfortable and full of character, with a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, TV, CD and DVD players, mosquito blinds to keep cool at night, patio furniture and integral outside barbecue etc. It is set in an enclosed 2 acre garden, planted with a variety of Mediterranean trees, shrubs and flowers. The garden is surrounded by farm land and olive groves with dramatic views of mountains. It is the perfect place for people who want to enjoy the famous beaches with white sands and clear turquoise water that Sardinia has to offer, but avoid the summer crowds by relaxing in a secluded environment.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Efisio (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
