Stone Cottage est un gîte au charme ancien et au confort moderne qui accueille une famille de 5 personnes (maximum 3 adultes). Il est situé à 5 km des plages de Brétignolles sur mer, dans une ruelle calme au coeur du village pittoresque de La Chaize-Giraud. Sur place vous pouvez profiter d'un jardin privatif avec vue sur la vallée du Jaunay, de la piscine chauffée partagée de 5mx10m (chauffée de fin mai à mi-septembre), de l'aire de ping-pong abritée, ainsi que des jardins de Dolphin Gîtes avec aire de foot et balançoires. Stone Cottage, 60 m2, est le plus grand des gîtes de Dolphin Gîtes, avec 2 grandes chambres (l'une avec lit king de 160 cm, et l'autre avec un lit d'une personne et des lits superposés de 90 cm), et une salle d'eau avec douche extra-large. Parking privé.

Stone Cottage provides the perfect setting for a wonderful family holiday. It is located on a quiet road, only 5km from the beach. There are excellent facilities on-site and you can relax beside the pool or spend the day at the beach. Stone cottage is the biggest of our self-catering gites (cottages) situated in 1.5 acres of beautiful gardens, with a private heated pool, only 5 mins' drive from the coast. The cottage is equipped with UK TV, and free WiFi. Stone Cottage is fully furnished with modern appliances including washing machine, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, oven, infra-red hob, UK TV and a DVD player.

Stone Cottage, 60 m2, est le plus spacieux des gîtes de Dolphin Gîtes, avec 2 grandes chambres (l'une avec lit king de 160 cm, et l'autre avec un lit d'une personne et des lits superposés de 90 cm), et une salle d'eau avec douche extra-large. Le gîte est équipé de la télévision (chaînes françaises ou anglaises), d'un lecteur DVD, lave-linge, lave-vaisselle, réfrigérateur-congélateur, plaque vitrocéramique, four et four à micro-ondes, bouilloire et cafetière électriques, grille-pain, fer et table à repasser. WiFi gratuite.

The accommodation has a spacious lounge dining area with UK and French TV , sofa, kitchen area, separate bathroom and two good sized bedrooms. The inside walls of the gîte have the stones exposed giving the accommodation a rustic but modern feel. The kitchen is well equipped with a breakfast bar, dishwasher, electric infra-red hob, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, etc. There is a washing-machine in the bathroom. The garden is lawned and fenced, with a private drive to park your car. There is direct access to the children's play area and heated swimming-pool.

The environment is safe and child friendly, with enclosed gardens, fenced heated swimming pool, sheltered table tennis, swings, spacious grounds with football area. The local baker visits every morning with fresh baguettes and croissants in time for breakfast.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    If Cathy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
