With views across vineyards and the château at Chinon in the distance, this restored 12th-century holiday property, once a 'theatre' of La Vauguyon, stands in a courtyard of buildings and is part of the owner's château, yet totally independent of it. Spacious throughout, it combines period-style features with modern facilities.

Chinon has a medieval château, an old quarter and fine restaurants. An ideal place for visiting some of the famous vineyards and Loire châteaux, Saumur, Azay-le-Rideau, Villandry and near to both Montsoreau, Cande-St. Martin and the ancient city of Tours. Riding, cycling, boating and golf nearby.

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
