SITUATION ENVIRONNEMENTALE DE VOTRE LIEU DE SEJOUR:

La résidence « Les Terrasses de Sylvabelle » est construite sur la commune de La Croix Valmer, à flanc de colline, dominant la baie de Gigaro, dans un environnement calme et reposant constitué d'un immense parc fleuri et arboré offrant un panorama grandiose sur la Méditerranée et donnant une vue imprenable sur la mer et le Cap Lardier. Située au cœur de la réserve littorale de la presqu'île de St. Tropez, vous accèderez directement, à l'Est, au « sentier des douaniers » reliant par le bord de mer et ses criques sauvages la plage de Gigaro et le célèbre village de Saint Tropez après franchissement des Caps Lardier, Taillat et Camarat ainsi que la célèbre plage de Pampelonne. A l'Ouest, jusqu'à la presqu'île de Gien, ce sont les Caps Nègre, Bénat, Blanc et de Brégançon ainsi que les îles du Levant, île de Port-Cros et de Porquerolles qui seront le but de vos excursions. Au cœur d'un terrain de jeu exceptionnel, vous pourrez pratiquer toutes les activités aquatiques et nautiques estivales, ainsi que la randonnée pédestre, le vélo sur les petites routes sinueuses de la presqu'île et même le VTT sur les pistes et sentiers dominant la mer.

L'APPARTEMENT MIS EN LOCATION :

Appartement non fumeur, meublé et confortable, de 27m2, exposé SUD/EST, tout équipé pour 4 personnes, en rez-de-jardin, entièrement refait, terrasse de 6m2 avec vue imprenable sur la baie de Gigaro et le Cap Lardier. Vous bénéficiez de l'accès gratuit à la grande piscine de la résidence avec transats sur les 3 solariums, tennis, terrain de boules, ping-pong, parc de jeux pour les enfants.

Composition de l'appartement :

- Une chambre avec fenêtre au Nord, fraîche en été, lit de 140cm x200cm. pour 2 personnes, placard, penderie.

- Une cuisine équipée ouverte sur séjour : réfrigérateur, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, plaque vitrocéramique 4 feux, four, four à micro-ondes, cafetière, grille-pain, matériel de cuisine, vaisselle, verrerie...

- Un coin-repas pour 4 personnes.

- Un salon avec un canapé convertible 2 personnes, Un fauteuil convertible 1 personne, un vaisselier + TV écran plat. Vue mer.

- Une salle de bain (WC, lavabo, baignoire + douche).

- Une terrasse équipée (mobilier : salon de jardin , 2 metteurs en scène, transats, parasol).

- Parking privatif gratuit pour voiture et remorque à bateau.

LES PLUS POUR DES VACANCES SANS TRACAS :

La résidence est desservie tout l'été, de juin à septembre, par un service de navettes gratuites (fréquence de 30mn.) qui vous permettent, sans prendre votre voiture et sans les contraintes onéreuses et problématiques dues au stationnement en été, de rejoindre les plages environnantes , le village de La Croix Valmer (2 Km.) ainsi que la station balnéaire de Cavalaire-sur-mer.

La plage de Sylvabelle, avec son sable fin, bordée de rochers est directement accessible en 10mn. par un chemin piétonnier sécurisé.

Règlement intérieur: Les locations sont consenties uniquement à la semaine, du samedi 15h. au samedi 10h. Par mesure d'hygiène, les animaux ne sont pas admis et les cigarettes sont admises sur la terrasse uniquement. Nous attachons une grande importance à la propreté de l'appartement, le ménage de fin de séjour est obligatoire et vous sera facturé 60€. Cependant, le nettoyage de la cuisine reste à votre charge: vaisselle faite et rangée, appareils ménagers nettoyés etc...TAXE DE SEJOUR OBLIGATOIRE: Depuis le 01/01/19, la commune applique une taxe de séjour d'un montant maximum de 2,53€ /personne majeure, selon les variables:

• Le coût d'une nuitée Hors Taxe.

• Le nombre d'occupants.

• Le pourcentage d'application de 5% (hors taxe additionnelle). Elle est payable par chèque ou en espèces lors de la remise des clés.

Suite à votre réservation, vous recevrez par Mail le "Livret d'accueil" qui vous donnera toutes les informations utiles sur votre logement ainsi que sur son environnement touristique afin de vous permettre de préparer au mieux votre séjour.

Je reste ouvert à la communication avec mes futurs locataires durant toute la phase de réservation afin de leur donner toutes les informations qu'ils jugeront utiles de connaître avant de s'engager dans la location. Je les accueillerai, dans la mesure du possible, le jour de la remise des clés et en cas d'impossibilité, l'accès à l'appartement se fera par le biais d'une boîte à clés dont le code sera communiqué une semaine avant l'arrivée. Le chèque de caution de 500€, non encaissé et détruit lors du départ si tout est en ordre, devra me parvenir par voie postale avant la communication du code de la boîte à clés.

How do damage deposits work?
