This ecological country house located in the heart of the island of Lanzarote, La Geria, is ideal to enjoy relaxation, tranquility and silence while being an ideal starting point to explore the island in its entirety. Finca de la Geria, has a beautiful glassed-in interior patio through which all its rooms are distributed: 4 double bedrooms, 1 auxiliary double bedroom, two bathrooms, kitchen-living room, dining room, solarium ... In its exteriors, you can find a cozy barbecue area that gives life to a beautiful tree allows you to enjoy exceptional views of this stunning and unique landscape. This construction, which dates back to the late 1800s, has been rehabilitated by its owners who, although; they have wanted to preserve the character of the traditional houses of the island popularly known for their beautiful interior patios bordered by the different dependencies of the same; they have been adapting to the needs of the moment, counting today with all kinds of facilities (wifi, furnace, plasma TV ...), all through the self-supply of renewable energy, being in short an exclusive ecological farm , ideal to disconnect in the middle of a unique landscape in the world "Natural Park of La Geria" which, in turn, when you are in the middle of the island, allows you to reach all points of it quickly. The house has been decorated with lots of love and during the stay of our guests we put everything in our hands to make the most of your stay. Having the possibility of staying here and enjoying such surroundings becomes a luxury within the reach of a few, since the urban restrictions of the place, because it is a protected space, make it impossible to be otherwise.

Why can't I call Elena (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I pay the balance of my holiday?

You can pay the remaining balance of your holiday at any point. Simply go to Manage my holiday booking and click Pay now.

We’ll automatically charge the balance payment to the same payment method 10 days before it’s due. Go to Manage my holiday booking to see when the payment will be taken.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Elena (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Elena (the owner) a message.

If Elena (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
