The lovely apartment is on the ground floor of a house surrounded by a garden and is served by an entrance with private gate. E 'consists of a spacious living room with kitchenette, dining table with four chairs and a sofa-bed, and a twin / double bed. The bathroom has a shower and a vacuum cleaner. There are refrigerator, oven and washing machine, kitchenware. The furniture is marked by a refined semplictà. Outside you can enjoy a covered veranda with table, chairs, barbecue, and a garden. And 'possible to park the car on the driveway. The house is particularly suitable for young families with children who can enjoy the garden and comfortable accommodation, or couples wishing to spend a holiday in a pleasant atmosphere in contact with nature. And 'possible to reach the town center and the commercial port in a few minutes (the distance is less than 2 Km), while there are shops within 1 km. The beaches (Bassa Trinita, spreader, Mount of sand, Cala Lunga ), it is within a few kilometers.

    Buongiorno, vi ringrazio per la recensione, anche se il punteggio assegnato sembrerebbe evidenziare gravi carenze nell'alloggio. Purtroppo non ero presente durante la vostra permanenza, altrimenti avrei prontamente soddisfatto le vostre necessità che peraltro non mi avete manifestato con i messaggi che ci siamo scambiati. Probabilmente la signora che si occupa della casa in mia assenza e che vi ha accolto ha portato via la caffetteria più grande per pulirla con maggiore accuratezza e ha dimenticato di rimetterla nella casa. Sarebbe stato sufficiente un messaggio a lei o a me per averla. Per quanto riguarda la tenda della doccia, questa viene sostituita, per garantire la massima igiene, ad ogni cambio di ospiti e probabilmente quella che è stata installata era di lunghezza insufficiente (forse della doccia di un altro appartamento) o mal posizionata e quindi non ha svolto il suo compito. Mi spiace comunque che i tappeti che corredano il bagno non vi abbiano aiutati a limitare il problema. Anche in questo caso comunque avreste potuto comunicalo con un messaggio o, farmelo presente quando vi chiedevo se tutto andasse bene, invece di dirmi con grande cortesia che era tutto a posto. Per un host che si impegna per garantire un piacevole soggiorno risulta molto più semplice risolvere un problema che rimediare ad una valutazione negativa. Spero che se in futuro voleste tornare le comunizìcazioni possano essere più chiare. Cari saluti, Donatella

    How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

    Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

    How do I edit my booking?

    You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Luciana (the owner) a message.

    If Luciana (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
