This beautiful, bright and spacious house offers many attractive custom features. A very unique
stained glass window lights up the entry way. The three bathrooms and the kitchen also feature very unique tile designs particular to Mexico!

There are French doors on both levels as well, leading out to large patios looking over the ocean, the river, the mountains and the
entrance of the famous Guadalupe Valley! Why not have it all? The fully equipped kitchen located on the upper level in the main
dining/living room area is perfect for entertaining and just steps away to the outdoor stone paved patio to enjoy the incredible sunsets and the best views that this village has to offer. Very relaxing!

Beach lovers: it is just a short walk to our beautiful and uncrowded beaches, where you can swim, surf, boogie-board, skim boarding, horseback ride, or just relax and tan under the sun. (The sunsets are spectacular!). K-58 famous surf turf 3 minute drive.

Nature lovers: you'll love the various small birds, ducks, seagulls, egrets, and flowers you'll encounter in your hikes in the mountains behind our community or while taking a nice stroll by the river.

For golfers: there is the astonishing, Bajamar ocean front golf course, just a 5-minute drive: 27 holes of challenging golf on Scottish-style links, with three possible combinations to play: Lagos/Vista par 71, Vista/Oceano par 72, Oceano/Lagos par 71.

Our community is a gated community with Night-Foot-Patrol-Security So You Can Sleep with Peace of Mind. This entire community is totally safe and friendly--lots of Americans live here full time and the majority of the locals speak English. The air is clean, skies are clear, sunsets breath taking and the ocean view tremendous. Come enjoy a little piece of paradise!

P.S.: extremely well behaved and completely potty trained small or older, very calm pets that do not scratch doors or chew things while you are gone are Okay with higher deposit. Smoking is allowed on both outside balconies.
