Incredible 3 bedroom, 4 bath beachfront condo at the new Paraiso del Mar Resort. Our second floor end unit is impeccably furnished and decorated with king beds in both master suites and two twin beds in the third bedroom. There are large flat screens HD TVs with HD blue ray / dvd players and IPOD docking stations in all the rooms rooms. Free Resort-Wide WiFi. There is also a gas barbeque and top quality patio furniture on the balcony overlooking the pool and beach. You won't find a more luxurious condo at Paraiso del Mar!

Paraiso del Mar is truly an amazing new resort community with miles and miles of undisturbed beaches and La Paz's first golf course--an Arthur Hills desert style course with many of the holes right next to the beach. If you don't like to golf or play on the beach, there are plenty of other activities. Kayaking, tennis, snorkeling, world class fishing, biking, and shopping are just a few of the other things you can do in La Paz. The incredible island of Espiritu Santo is a short boat ride away and is an oasis of secluded coves, dramatic sandstone cliffs and coral reefs teeming with exotic tropical fish.

The city of La Paz has an authentic Mexican feel with great restaurants, shops and culture. The Paraiso community sits on the pristine "El Mogote" peninsula across the bay from the Malecon and downtown La Paz. The community has private boat docks and shuttle boats that take residents on a peaceful 10 minute ride between Paraiso and downtown. There's no need for a car when staying at the community. The Paraiso del Mar van will transport you from the airport to the boat dock downtown. You will cross the La Paz bay in a eco friendly boat and arrive at the Paraiso dock. From there, the amazing staff will take you directly to your condo in one of the many shuttles than run throughout the property.

If you have never experienced La Paz or if you are returning to the "City of Peace", Paraiso del Mar is a great place to stay.

Our unit is definitely non-smoking and a maximum of 7 people please (there are only beds for 6). Daily maid service is available at an extra cost. We do not update our availability calendar and also have access to other condos and homes in Paraiso del Mar. So send us an email if you are thinking about coming to La Paz. We will also rent our condo as a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom unit (see prices for details).

You will most likely find cheaper condo rentals at Paraiso, but you will not find a nicer unit. If you are heading to La Paz and want to experience Paraiso del Mar, why not stay in luxury...

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Chelle (the owner) a message.

If Chelle (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
