Apartamento en primera linea de mar, tranquilo, con unas vistas impresionantes.

Tiene 48 m2, con una habitación con dos camas individuales y un sofá cama en el salón, baño completo con ducha y bidé, y una amplia terraza donde poder desayunar, comer y cenar.

Con la playa a treinta metros, zona de jardines, se trata de una quinta planta...las vistas no pueden ser mejores.

Dispone la Comunidad de piscina.

Cerca de todo tipo de comercios, supermercados, y paradas de autobuses para ir a Salou o Portaventura.

    Estimada Señorita Doña Leticia, en primer lugar le agradecemos su opinión acerca de nuestro apartamento. Pero queremos hacer alguna puntualización acerca de lo que Vd dice en relación al mismo y que creo que no se ajusta a la realidad. En relación a la terraza, se puede decir que el sol sólo da de 8 de la mañana a 12, estando después protegido por sombra prácticamente todo el día, y no sé si percató pero disponía de una sombrilla y su pié para colocarla en la terraza y poderla poner con toda seguridad y evitar "el supuesto sol que da todo el día" que no es así. En cuanto al mantenimiento, si bien es cierto que Vd inmediatamente nos informó de los elementos que vio que estaban de forma irregular (como enchufe suelto o mampara, o puerta del armario...), el propietario se ofreció a repararlos inmediatamente a lo que contestaron que no era necesario...así que por favor no diga lo que no es cierto! En esta propiedad tomamos muy enserio las críticas que nos hacen para mejorar año tras año, y hacer mejoras, pero creo que es muy significante ver las opiniones de este año para darse cuenta que creo que Vds han exagerado sus criticas acerca de este apartamento. No obstante comprobaremos lo que dicen de los colchones y las camas, para que, si esto es cierto, proceder a sustituirlos; Y eso que dicen de los muelles creo que se equivocan de propiedad puesto que no tenemos ninguna cama ni ningún sofá cama que tenga muelles, sino que se trata de somieres, pero bueno, parece ser que el tema de exagerar e inventarse cosas es su especialidad. Y agradeceríamos que no haga juicios de valor acerca de lo que la propiedad va a tomar en consideración, o lo que va a hacer o dejar de hacer, porque creo que no está en su papel, y una vez más esta Vd muy equivocada.

    Buenos tardes Lamia, siento lo que te ha pasado, se estropeo el calentador y en menos de 48 horas estaba cambiado, los muebles no son antiguos, son relativamente nuevos; vamos a tratar de observar todo lo que dices y ponerle solución lo antes posible, con el objetivo de tener las cosas en correcto estado, para que todos los clientes estén satisfechos.     How do damage deposits work?

    In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

    Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
