LOCATION IS EVERYTHING but it is just of the many amazing features that make up this beautiful and perfect couples getaway. This unique open layout provides privacy and community at the same time that will keep you wanting to come back year after year.

This spectacular 2 King Beds NEW BEDS /2 Bath condo sits beautifully on the 11th fairway of the Palmer Course at the Palmer Private Residence in PGA West. The condo opens to a gated south-facing courtyard surrounded by immaculate landscaping and breathtaking Mountain views. Perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner with direct access to the kitchen and bbq. This classic home is extremely comfortable and has many points of enjoyment. Take a seat and relax on the large L-shaped couch to watch your favorite TV show or movie in HD. The tasteful decor will make you feel right at home. Grab a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage and head outside surrounded by one of the desert's most beautiful courses. This condo is just a few steps away from one of the Resident pools and spas heated year-round to the ideal temperature.

The dining room has seating for 4. Unfortunately, the fan does not work at this time. a fireplace, a large HD flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a sound system for your cell phone or iPod. Everything you will need to sit back and relax. The wet bar located in the living room is ideal for entertaining. The newly remodeled kitchen has plenty of prep space. It is fully equipped for any cook, including a stainless-steel French door refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, oven and microwave, gas stove, built-in wine cooler, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kitchen nook with high bar seating.

The Master Suite has a King Bed, flat-screen TV, and a spacious bathroom with a double sink. The master bedroom has a private patio, which is nicely located on the backside of the home. Two large padded lounge chairs are perfect for enjoying your morning cup of coffee or some afternoon sun.

The 2nd room also includes a King bed, Smart TV, and gorgeous courtyard views. The 2nd full bathroom is located off the hallway and via the guest room, which works perfectly for the guest but can also double as a powder room.

The private southeast-facing patio provides a front-row seat for relaxing and enjoying one of PGA's most honored views. This perfect outside seating area has a table and chairs and two relaxing lounges, great for sunbathing or diving into your latest novel.

The home looks out over the Palmer course fairway and number 11 green. Beyond the fairway, you marvel at the majestic desert mountain backdrop.

The residence's private pool and hot tub are available at your convenience—two pool choices located within a very short walking distance. The closest is directly across the street, with views of the mountains.

The laundry room has a full-size washer, dryer, and ironing board. The full two-car garage is available for your use and storage.

Close by is the Stadium Course clubhouse with full dining, bar, lounge, and patio (with fire pit), which overlooks the course's final hole. It’s a great place for happy hour. If you want to play golf at PGA West, you have three public courses: The TPC Stadium, The Greg Norman, and The Jack Nicklaus Tournament. If you wish to venture out to 1 of the more than 120 courses in the valley, we recommend you try calling “Stand-By Golf” for discounted tee times.

Enjoy some of the many world-class events that are available to you throughout the Coachella Valley. If you enjoy tennis, minutes away is the home of the BNP Paribas Open Tennis Classic at Indian Wells World Class Tennis Stadium, held from March 4th - 17th, with over 300 top-rated tennis players worldwide. In April comes the Music Festivals. Now, two weekends in a row of Coachella Fest, and the last weekend of April is Stagecoach. Your home is also located close to the famous Polo Grounds, where you can enjoy top-ranked polo matches for free and have a tailgate picnic with your friends at the same time.

La Quinta has many Zagat-rated restaurants and bars with live music. And you are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert) for shopping, restaurants, and works of art.

How do damage deposits work?

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
