The city is ideally located between Narbonne and the beaches and the city of Carcassonne. This villa is built in the castle park in the middle of a landscaped garden, filled with olive and laurel for nature lovers. It provides a quiet and warm atmosphere to make your stay in Cathar country, a memorable one. Quality services and a decoration allow you to relax and let yourself be lulled by the sweet life in Cathar country, the time of a dream holiday in the South - west of France. Guests can also enjoy in addition to the private villa pool 3 x 5 m, a common swimming lane of 3 x 25 m with views of the castle. The villa is the starting winemakers trails and pleasant walks along the Canal du Midi (Walking or cycling). This village has all the amenities and offers a variety of entertainment during the summer. Description of the villa This residence of character comprises on the ground floor, a living room bathed in light, opening onto the terrace overlooking the garden and private pool (3-5-1,5m). This large grounds has an electric grill, chairs, table and chairs garden and canisses ensuring meals to shelter from the sun. The living space The living room consists of a kitchen open to the living room and dining room. The kitchen is fully-equipped with refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washer / dryer, 4 induction hob, oven & microwave integrated. You will also find small appliances such as a toaster, an electric kettle or coffee maker. The lounge has a flat screen TV 80 cm. A bay window overlooking the private garden. The accommodation is equipped with air conditioning and wifi. Rooms All elegant and comfortable rooms invite rest and quietude. Adjoining the living room, there is the master bedroom with a double bed 1.60 - 2 m with bathroom and access to the terrace and private garden. Upstairs we find a first bedroom with a double bed 1.60 - 2 m and overlooking the private pool. The second bedroom has two single beds of 0.80 - 2 m. Beautiful views overlooking the lap pool. The upstairs bathroom is shared by both rooms. A hairdryer is available in each of the bathrooms. We remain at your disposal for any additional information regarding this little corner of paradise peaceful dream holiday.

Why can't I call Didier (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Didier (the owner) a message.

If Didier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
