Farm House has the feeling of home on the range. It was recently remodeled with a new large kitchen, open to the living and dining room, new flooring throughout, new bathroom with jetted bathtub, new fixtures, appliances, heating system and air conditioning, new furniture and many custom features such as intricate tile and wood work and oak cabinets adorned with hammered tin art fronts. The classic fireplace, now with a gorgeous cast iron insert that can heat the house in the coldest days of winter, remains in a new cozy living room. Farm House has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, king beds in two of the bedrooms and a trundle bed in the third that can be set up as one twin, 2 twins, or a king bed. The pull-out couch in the living room has been replaced and is now firm and comfortable. Come enjoy the luxurious rustic charm, comfort and the stunning views of Mt. Tukuhnikivatz and other La Sal peaks right through the sliding door in the dining room and kitchen and from the surrounding expansive lawn which invites to al fresco meals on the outdoor table and chairs, lounging, frisbee throwing or croquet games. A hot tub and sauna are available for use year-round, and a large seasonal pool (traditionally open Memorial day through Sept. but subject to change) will help you cool off in summer and fall.
