TALA is a 80m2 apartment on the ground floor of the residence with a beautiful private courtyard. The apartment consists of 2 large master bedroom suites each 12m2 and a living room of 10m2 making living / kitchen office. Its assets: bedding king size (200x200) shape memory. Everyone can watch the TV program because the three screens in 4K are equipped Dish and Netlix. The internet speed is provided by the optical fiber is still at least 100 MB. The shower is Italian one jet with conventional shower, 1 jet of rain or one jet in cascade. The sofa converts into a real bed because it has a mattress. Bed linen and towels are provided for the number of people present. A starter kit is offered as well as a welcome cocktail. The Jacuzzi can accommodate 5 people and is equipped with features chromotherapy and aromatherapy. A charcoal grill, table with turntable 8 people, a small bar and garden furniture finish to equip the yard and invite you to relax. Located 100m from the beach, access is by a fisherman path. Here, the beach is not full of people that you can relax in peace. 5 mins walk to all amenities such as bakery, medical center, restaurants, beach-restaurant such as Copacabana or Planch'alisé ... The fitness trail is a continuation and Leader Price and a station serving very well places. 1 parking. Baby equipment is available upon request without supplements.

Why can't I call Vanessa (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

You’ll need to contact Vanessa (the owner) to do this. Send them a message in Manage your holiday booking or through the contact form on this page.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Vanessa (the owner) a message.

If Vanessa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
