Le Bénitier - Charming T2 / 3 of 65m² The Benitier is a charming T2 / 3 completely renovated and equipped to nine located 2 minutes walk from the beautiful beach of Trou d'eau in Saline-les-Bains, in a residence located 150 meters from the sea and close to amenities: bakery 350 m, village center of Saline and its shops 2 minutes by car ... and the heart of the seaside resort of Saint-Gilles and his life animated: nautical activities (paddle, canoe, kayak ...), restaurants, bars, discotheques ... This very bright accommodation combining charm and comfort profits from an area of 65 m ² and can accomodate up to 4 adults and 2 children . The living room equipped with Balinese furniture, a flat-screen TV, a WiFi internet connection and a 2-seater convertible sofa of great brand will offer you a remarkable comfort. The modern and brand new kitchen has all the necessary equipment to make your stay pleasant: ceramic hob, fridge, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, crockery ... The very large air-conditioned room of 18 m² will welcome you with quality latex bedding, a built-in closet, and brand new trendy parquet. The sleeping area under the eaves, located right next to the master suite, can accommodate 2 children with its trundle bed. You will also have a well ventilated bathroom with bathtub and separate WC. You will also certainly enjoy your meals at the small terrace of 6 m² which offers a side sea view. Added to this are a secure private parking space, a cleaning kit and a table and an iron and, of course, the linen and towels that will be provided. A package of 40 € including taxes and a contribution to cleaning and laundry will be collected by us on the day of your arrival.

Why can't I call Olivier (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Olivier (the owner) a message.

If Olivier (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
