From the owner

This bright, spacious apartment with wifi connection is very secure and is well-equipped to cater for all your needs. It is located on the third (top) floor and can be accessed either by stairs or by means of a lift. The South facing balcony is very private and is not overlooked. There is a travel cot with mattress provided in the apartment. You are requested to bring your own cot sheet. Bed linen and towels are provided.

All necessary amenities are immediately adjacent - bars, restaurants, banks, hairdresser, pharmacy, taxis and supermarkets. There is a taxi rank at adjacent La Zenia roundabout. There is also a bus stop , allowing easy access to public transport for anyone wishing to visit nearby Torrevieja, or further North to Alicante or Cartagena to the South.

The nearest local market is held in Playa Flamenca (approx a 15 minutes walk) every Saturday morning and is well worth a visit.

For those of you who like to keep up to date on all the big sporting events, Paddy's Point and Gogartys pubs will make sure you are not disappointed, and they are only across the road from the apartment. There is even a screen which can be watched while sitting outside enjoying the sunshine.

Nearby Torrevieja has many attractions such as its aqua park, boardwalk, market stalls, restaurants and lively night life. It also boasts a theatre which stages a variety of concerts and shows.

There are day trips from Torrevieja harbour to the island of Tabarca. There are also short boat trips (approx half-hour in duration) along the coastline from Torrevieja.

There are several excellent golf courses a short drive away including Villamartin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor. The La Zenia golf society arranges trips to many of the surrounding golf courses and will arrange club hire etc. if required. This group meets on the morning of golf trips across the road from the apartment at Gogartys pub. Paddy's Point also has a society which arranges trips to local golf courses.

Terra Mitica, the theme park in Benidorm (90 minute drive) is well worth a visit – tour buses will pick you up at La Zenia and take you there and back.

Airport taxi service can also be arranged if required.

The apartment has two spacious bedrooms, each with two single (3ft) beds. There is a bed/settee in the lounge which comfortably sleeps two adults. There is a pillow and bed cover stored underneath. The bathroom is fitted with shower and bidet.

There is a lovely shared pool, with a toddler section, at the rear of the apartment. It is completely enclosed and very private.

The shared garden has a spacious swimming pool, with a separate toddlers section, which is very private and is rarely used by more than a few people at a time.

There is generous space around the pool, with fixed seating for those who might like to spend time in this area.

There is lots of available roadside parking.

The property management company will meet you with keys of the apartment and will be available if any problems arise regarding the apartment during your stay. An €83 cleaning fee will be payable to the management company on date of arrival. Our management company can arrange airport transfer if required. If you are making your own way from the airport, the Meet and Greet charge is 15€ during the day, 20€ after 9pm and 35€ after 23.00hrs. Alternatively they can leave the keys in a key safe attached to the external gate of the apartment building and send you the code. The owner will also be happy to help when I can with any issues you might have during your holiday.

Very comfortable and well located apartment. Great sunny terrace for the winter months and lots of restaurants and shops on the doorstep. A short walk to the La zenia beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Teresa (the owner) a message.

If Teresa (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
